Follow Start > All Programs > AVS-Video-Tools > Free Fast MPEG Cut or just click the program icon on the desktop.

The interface is very simple and self explaining.

Click the upper Browse... button to select an input MPEG file from your computer.

Click another Browse button on the right. And choose the location where you would like to save your converted video file. Click Save.

Use navigation timeline to make a selection.

Make left mouse click, hold and drag mouse on the timeline to set the cursor position. Then click the Trim Left button.

Set another cursor position. Then click the Trim Right button.

The selection is ready.

Click the button along the bottom of the interface and wait just a few seconds.
